Your public address
Published pages use a
click-me.cc/youralias
address. The alias belongs to the hosted page
rather than to one individual destination link.
Publishing
A page can be prepared in the editor and published when it is ready. Published content is served from click-me.cc.
Link clicks
Public link buttons use the Bio click route so link activity can be included in the page analytics.
QR sharing
The QR tool inside Bio Link Studio encodes the public page address, so the QR and copied URL lead to the same page.
Search indexing
User-created Bio pages are currently served with
noindex, follow by default. The
public product page you are reading is the
indexable page that explains the builder.
Deleted and unknown addresses
Deleted Bio aliases return HTTP 410. Unknown aliases return HTTP 404 instead of silently redirecting to the homepage.
Hosting and privacy
What is stored, and why
A published Bio page is a hosted product. Premium QR Codes must store the page configuration so click-me.cc can serve the current title, profile image, styling and links whenever somebody opens the address.
The analytics system records page and link activity needed for the reports available to the page owner. The public page itself does not need an account to view, but creating and managing the hosted page does.
Clear boundaries
What this builder does not do
It is not a browser-only generator
A public Bio page has to keep resolving after you close the editor, so publishing requires an account and server-side storage.
It is not the single-link shortener
A Bio page holds several destinations. If you only need one short redirect, use the Short Link Generator .
User pages are not indexed by default
Public Bio pages are crawlable, but their default
search directive is
noindex, follow.
Troubleshooting
If your bio page is not working
Start with the page state and the public address before changing links or generating a new QR code.
The page is still a draft
Open Bio Link Studio, select the page and publish it before testing the public address.
A link opens the wrong destination
Edit that item in the Links tab, save the change and test the public button again.
The QR opens an older address
Confirm the QR was generated for the current public Bio URL shown in the editor.
A deleted page returns 410
HTTP 410 means the alias existed but the page was deleted. Deleted aliases are not treated as unknown pages.
An address returns 404
HTTP 404 means the requested root alias does not resolve to an available public Bio page.
