Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Premium QR Codes and its generators, managed destinations, hosted content, business tools, accounts, and related services.

Effective: September 1, 2026 Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Premium QR Codes, including our QR-code and barcode generators, short links, hosted files, digital business cards, restaurant menus, analytics, accounts, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to enter a paid agreement. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless it results directly from our failure to use reasonable security measures. You may not sell accounts, transfer them without permission, or use them to avoid restrictions.

3. Services

Premium QR Codes may provide:

  • Static and dynamic QR codes.
  • Short links, redirects, and scan analytics.
  • PDF and video QR-code tools.
  • Digital business cards and vCards.
  • Restaurant menu builders and public menu pages.
  • Barcodes and related generators.
  • Design, branding, export, hosting, and content management features.

Features, supported formats, limits, storage periods, domains, and availability may differ by plan and may change as the Services develop.

4. Static and Dynamic QR Codes

A static QR code generally contains its information directly. After generation, we may be unable to modify, disable, recover, or correct printed or downloaded copies.

A dynamic QR code points to a managed destination. Its operation depends on its account, destination, redirect domain, subscription where applicable, and the Services remaining active and compliant.

You must test every QR code before printing, manufacturing, publishing, or distributing it. You are responsible for printing costs and campaigns affected by an incorrect, expired, deleted, suspended, inaccessible, or incompatible destination.

5. Hosting, Cloud Services, and Deletion

Where supported, you may save content through Premium QR Codes, use your own third-party cloud service, or link to externally hosted content.

You control the duration and deletion settings offered by a feature. Availability remains subject to plan limits, technical operation, account status, these Terms, and applicable law.

When a PDF, video, image, menu, digital card, or other destination is deleted, expires, loses permission, exceeds a limit, or is removed, its related QR code or short link may stop working.

Keep original and backup copies of important content. Premium QR Codes is not your sole backup or permanent archive. We are not responsible for outages, access rules, deletion practices, or policy changes of third-party cloud providers.

Invoices and Hosted Invoice Features

The Invoice Maker may be used without saving an invoice, or with optional saved, published, QR-code, PDF-download, payment-link, analytics, and management features.

When you save or publish an invoice, you authorize Premium QR Codes to store and process the invoice document and related information as necessary to provide the hosted invoice page, public URL, Invoice QR code, downloads, analytics, and management functions.

A published invoice is designed to be accessible to anyone who possesses its public URL or Invoice QR code. You are responsible for ensuring that the invoice contains only information you are authorized and willing to make available to its intended recipients.

Hosted-invoice analytics may include page views, Invoice QR visits, print actions, PDF downloads, and payment-link clicks. Analytics are informational and may be approximate; they must not be treated as proof that an invoice was read, accepted, paid, legally delivered, or received by a particular person.

If you provide a payment URL, bank information, payment instructions, or a payment QR destination, Premium QR Codes may display or redirect to that information. Unless a separate service expressly states otherwise, Premium QR Codes is not the merchant, bank, wallet provider, payment processor, escrow service, or party to the underlying payment transaction.

Downloadable hosted-invoice PDFs may be generated server-side and temporarily or privately cached for performance and delivery. You should verify downloaded, printed, and shared invoices before relying on them.

You may unpublish or manage hosted invoices through the controls made available by the Service. We may restrict, suspend, disable, or remove a hosted invoice where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, rights complaints, or violations of these Terms.

6. User Content

“User Content” includes files, URLs, text, images, videos, logos, contact information, business details, menus, prices, and other material you submit, publish, host, or route through the Services.

You retain ownership of User Content. You grant Premium QR Codes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, process, technically format, transmit, display, and security-check that content as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You confirm that:

  • You own your content or have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases to use it.
  • Your content does not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • Personal information you publish is used with any legally required notice or permission.
  • Menu descriptions, prices, ingredients, allergens, and dietary claims are accurate and legally compliant.
  • Destinations, offers, payment requests, and communications are not deceptive.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Services for:

  • Malware, ransomware, malicious scripts, spyware, or credential theft.
  • Phishing, impersonation, fraudulent payments, scams, or deceptive redirects.
  • Spam, abusive automation, or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Child sexual exploitation or other unlawful sexual content.
  • Terrorist content, credible threats, trafficking, doxxing, harassment, or violent wrongdoing.
  • Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • Illegal goods, services, gambling, controlled substances, or regulated activity where prohibited.

You also must not:

  • Circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, account limits, or suspensions.
  • Disrupt, overload, probe, scan, scrape, or misuse the Services.
  • Use misleading names, branding, slugs, or QR designs to impersonate another party.
  • Collect personal information without legally required notices or consent.
  • Use the Services in a way that creates unreasonable security, legal, reputational, or operational risk.

8. Short Links and click-me.cc

Premium QR Codes may provide links using premiumqrcodes.com, click-me.cc, other platform domains, or user-provided custom domains.

Using a short-link domain does not give you ownership of the domain, path, slug, or back-half. We may reject, disable, reassign, or remove links when reasonably necessary for security, trademark protection, legal compliance, technical changes, inactivity rules, or enforcement.

You may not use click-me.cc or another platform domain to disguise harmful destinations, mislead visitors, imitate a trusted organization, evade moderation, or facilitate abuse. We may inspect destination URLs and metadata, apply automated security checks, display warnings, and suspend links without advance notice when necessary to protect users or the platform.

Tracking pixels and third-party services

If you attach a supported analytics or advertising provider ID to a short link, you are responsible for having authority to use that provider and for complying with applicable laws, notices, consent requirements, and the provider's terms and policies.

Visitors may be shown a tracking choice before supported owner-configured third-party services load. Visitors can continue without those attached services, and supported privacy signals may prevent tracking from loading. You must not bypass, interfere with, or misrepresent those controls.

Premium QR Codes may restrict or disable a tracking integration when reasonably necessary for security, privacy, abuse prevention, provider-policy, operational, or legal reasons. The feature accepts supported provider IDs and does not accept arbitrary user JavaScript, HTML, or pasted tracking snippets.

9. Business Cards and Restaurant Menus

Cards and menus may be public to anyone with the URL or QR code. You decide what to publish and are responsible for keeping it accurate.

Premium QR Codes does not verify identities, business credentials, food information, menu prices, availability, allergens, nutritional claims, or regulatory compliance. Publishers must provide all consumer, allergen, tax, pricing, and licensing information required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Premium QR Codes and protected by applicable laws. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services. They do not transfer ownership of our software, designs, domains, branding, or technology.

To report infringement, email [email protected] with the protected work, disputed URL, your details, explanation, and evidence that you are authorized to act.

11. Plans, Payments, and Refunds

Some Services may be free and others may require payment. Applicable prices, billing intervals, limits, renewal terms, and taxes will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant pricing page.

When you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge the disclosed fees and taxes until cancellation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless law or the offer states otherwise.

Payments may be handled by third-party processors under their terms. Except where required by law or expressly offered, paid fees are non-refundable. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer cancellation, refund, or warranty rights.

12. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, error-free, or completely secure availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, legal requirements, abuse prevention, infrastructure changes, and events outside reasonable control may affect the Services.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. When reasonably practical, we will notify affected paid users before a material discontinuation. Urgent security or legal action may occur immediately.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict access, suspend accounts, disable links or QR destinations, quarantine files, preserve evidence, or remove content if we reasonably believe there is:

  • A violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Phishing, malware, fraud, spam, or infringement.
  • A security threat or unauthorized account activity.
  • Non-payment or abuse of service limits.
  • A valid legal request or need to protect rights and safety.

Serious or urgent abuse may be addressed without advance notice. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee scanning on every device, camera, surface, material, size, color combination, print process, lighting condition, or network. We do not guarantee the safety, accuracy, legality, or continuous availability of third-party destinations or User Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premium QR Codes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, campaigns, printing expenses, business opportunities, or use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected Services during the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 50.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Premium QR Codes and its operators, providers, and representatives from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, destinations, unlawful use of personal data, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules, the courts of Bahrain will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Services.

Before filing a formal claim, contact [email protected] and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. Consumers retain mandatory protections that cannot be waived under the law of their country.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, security, features, or business practices. Updated Terms will display a revised date. Additional notice will be provided where required. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the Services.

19. General Terms

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
