Save an invoice and create a QR code

When you choose to save and publish an invoice, it receives a hosted URL and a permanent Invoice QR. The QR points to the hosted invoice rather than embedding the invoice itself.

You can update the saved invoice later while keeping the same public destination, so a QR code that has already been printed does not need to be replaced. You can also pause or unpublish the hosted invoice.

An Invoice QR opens the hosted invoice. A Payment QR opens a supported payment instruction, payment app or payment page. They are separate features — use either, both or neither.

This encodes a payment instruction into a QR code. Premium QR Codes does not process payments, contact any bank, verify account details, or guarantee that a payment is made. Scan and test the code with the target payment app before printing.

This tool calculates and formats the tax you configure. It does not determine which taxes apply, does not verify registration numbers, and does not produce e-invoices under any national regime. Check your obligations with a qualified adviser or your tax authority.

The Invoice Maker should not be treated as Saudi ZATCA/Fatoora, India IRN, Italy SDI, Peppol or other national e-invoicing compliance software.

Do I need to sign up to create an invoice?

No. You can create and work with a private invoice without an account. An account is required when you choose saved or hosted invoice features.

Is my invoice stored automatically?

No. Your invoice data stays in your browser unless you explicitly choose Save Invoice.

Can I save an invoice as PDF?

Yes. Private mode supports the browser Print / Save as PDF workflow. Saved invoices can also use the saved-mode PDF workflow.

What is an Invoice QR?

An Invoice QR contains the URL of a saved, hosted invoice. Scanning it opens that invoice in the customer's browser.

What is the difference between an Invoice QR and a Payment QR?

An Invoice QR opens the invoice. A Payment QR contains a supported payment instruction or payment destination. They are independent.

Does the Invoice QR change when I edit the invoice?

No. A published invoice keeps the same public destination, so the Invoice QR can remain unchanged while the saved invoice is updated.

Does the invoice maker support BHD and other three-decimal currencies?

Yes. Currency formatting uses the configured ISO exponent, including three-decimal currencies such as BHD, KWD and OMR and zero-decimal currencies such as JPY.

Can I create an Arabic invoice?

Yes. The invoice document supports Arabic and right-to-left layouts as well as English left-to-right layouts.

Can I switch invoice templates without losing my data?

Yes. Templates are presentation layers over the same invoice document, so changing the template does not replace your invoice fields.

Does Premium QR Codes process invoice payments?

No. Premium QR Codes can encode supported payment instructions or links, but it does not process the payment or verify the bank account.

Is this tax-compliance software?

No. The tool calculates the tax configuration you enter. It does not decide which tax law applies or create national e-invoices.

Is an invoice created here legally valid in my country?

Invoice requirements vary by jurisdiction. The tool does not determine legal validity. Check the invoice requirements that apply to your business and location.

Are the invoice templates watermarked?

No Premium QR Codes watermark is added to the invoice templates.
