Start with the invoice itself. You do not need an account to create, preview, print or export a private invoice.

Your invoice data stays in your browser unless you choose Save Invoice.
We do not receive, store or see invoices you create without saving. Your browser may keep a temporary working copy while the tab is open.
When you choose to save and publish an invoice, it receives a hosted URL and a permanent Invoice QR. The QR points to the hosted invoice rather than embedding the invoice itself.
You can update the saved invoice later while keeping the same public destination, so a QR code that has already been printed does not need to be replaced. You can also pause or unpublish the hosted invoice.
An Invoice QR opens the hosted invoice. A Payment QR opens a supported payment instruction, payment app or payment page. They are separate features — use either, both or neither.
| QR type | What it contains | What happens when scanned |
|---|---|---|
| Invoice QR | Hosted invoice URL | Opens the invoice in a browser |
| Payment QR | Supported payment URL or payment instruction | Opens the relevant payment flow |
